Talk to Ebein about editing them.....in essence, you have to use FRAPS to convert the replay file to an .avi, then you can use something like Windows Movie Maker to edit and post them.

Yep, I capture them with Fraps, and Windows Movie Maker does a great job of cutting the Fraps AVI's down to a manageable size. 1 15 minute video from fraps can run 35 gig, and WMM will cut them down to 1.5-2 gig at the same resolution. I then just upload them to youtube =).

Losing the 107 sucks as badly as I thought it would.

That is all

I usually get steel walls from being Match-Maker'ed with totally useless teammates. It's an award I just don't like winning either, but it surely is something to be more proud of than that award for not getting damaged at all in five or more battles. I see that as the coward's award... except somehow I earned it with my KV-3 back in the day...

Has anyone ever had any success with the T-150? I had a 100% crew with researched skills and still had a less than 50% win rate in it. I finally shit canned it last night and spent the money on an IS-3.

I played it for 2 weeks before I gave up completely on it. Interesting idea, but I have better gear in the garage.

I actually ran it pretty well, but I had been running the KV a lot before the split. Think of it as a KV-2 with a lower profile turret. Once the 107 is on it, I don't think it's that bad.
