Nope.

I was at work and couldn't find it. I'll dig it up in a bit and post it up.

Keep in mind that most of your XP earned in a game is for damage caused....there is very little bonus for getting the kill shot.

I finally got a rammer in the Priest and a 90% crew. It like running full auto

I'm very, very tempted to buy some gold bullets for the darn thing. I hate it when the rest of the team just abandons arty and I'm left to fend for myself.

I got a kill shot on a KV when he went after the SU 26 and had his ass to me so I stuffed one up his rear. He was the last tank, so my team won, and I was the only survivor.

Papa, just wait, because it actually gets better....my Priest crew is 100% (with 55+% camo) and a rammer. I can fire a shot every 7.99 seconds.

where do you see your camo %? How do you change it, beyond the camo net and exterior paint?

No, I mean their first secondary skill is camo, and is at 55+%. Right now, there are 3 secondary skills...camo, repair and firefighting. You have to get a crew to 100% in their primary skill on their current tank before they can develop secondary skills. There are a bunch more new secondary skills coming in 7.2.

I will confess, that other than choosing how much I train a crew when I buy a tank, I'm totally ignorant of that part of the game.

The secondary skills are really the only other thing to do with the crew that I know of. I read somewhere in the forum that you should spread them out a bit if you have a big crew. I've been doing 2 camo, 2 repair, 1 firefighting on my 5 man crews. I don't know how much it helps. The skills go up very slowly.

I've also read that the skills average over the crew, so to maximize the effect, you need to assign the same secondary to the entire crew. I can see this being most effective with camo on arty and TD crews and repair for tank crews. As far as skills going up slowly, it's an exponential relationship. Primary skill takes 5000xp to go from 99% to 100%. The first secondary takes 10000xp to do the same, the second 20K and the third 40K. There is a good graph in the wiki that illustrates this. Look in the crew section under crew advancement.

One important thing to note....if you move a 100% crew to a new tank without using gold to maintain their 100% ranking, they will not be able to advance their secondary skills until they earn enough xp to return to 100% in their primary skill. Any secondary skills will remain in effect at their current level, however.

I remember some of that.
I suppose if I could hide better, I wouldn't need stuff fixed as much.

When I get my Slugger, I'll be sure to do camo across the board. I may spring for the 100% crew on that one.
