I hope to hell this solves my issue of dropping the server coming out of 50% of my games.

"Rare" my ass.

personally I think the idea of gold rounds for everyone is stupid. Shouldn't need them, but now you will.

It might shut up the constant stream of "wallet warrior" complaints. But it does change the economy of the game - those who play a lot, will have more resources to play with. The casual gamer who comes in for an hour a few times a week will become disadvantaged quickly if they don't buy gold.

I've seen other MMO's go down this path, and it wasn't helpful to my game style given the time constraints against a responsible husband and father. I'm just pissed we didn't have this kind of stuff when I was a kid and had all the time in the world to fuck off with.

I had 8 WOW accounts as a multi boxer, I quit 3 months ago and have been playing WOT since. I'm spending more on WOT. Now there's more new premiums to buy and garage space, crews....sheesh.

Use the gold to get some premium account time is good way to gain EXP and credit quickly. Especially combined with weekend specials.

No reward system is perfect. In fact, I've been seeing the flaws BIG time as of late with what people do for a team vs. their XP and monetary rewards t the end of games. (meaning I'm seeing people who either spotted or tricked the enemy early, but didn't get rewarded for it as well as they should have from damage done while spotted because damage wasn't done at that time, but tanks and teams repositioned, and blind hits were made).

Anyway, I propose what I would like to see, and that is:

For the losing team, everything remains the same.

For the winning team, the earlier any enemy is spotted, damage done to them while spotted, or shot in a battle, the more a multiplier gives XP and silver.

In other words a shot for, say, 348 damage would earn (and here I don't really know the XP earned per HP taken of an equal tier tank... does anyone really know that?!?) 60XP x 1.9 in the second minute of the battle, where-as that same damage to the same class of tank in the last minutes of the battle may earn (60XP x 0.5).

This would award those really trying, those active from the start, and similarly penalize those who I've seen far, far too many of as of late - the tanks who did not help at all, but instead had a field-day of killing wounded tanks or taking shots at the swarms of enemies now rushing to, or past, them (right before the loss).

I've seen far too many Lowes, for example, not do their tier-8 part in a tier-8 match at all... until we were all dead. It's then that they decide to 'help' ... and it's probably they who brag on the forums about how much damage they've done compared to the team when the reality was that they lost the game for the team.

I've also seen scores of cowardly 'bad asses' come int to show off their killing skills after friends and I have secured an area. But those same tanks are never on their way until the obvious blowout has been started.

There simply needs to be more reward for those doing the work to earn the wins.

It is going to change the game.

At first everyone will be running with them....then it will slow down quite a bit....me I doubt I will run them very much...most reason I am going to save the sliver I make....I don't play much anymore...shame it could have been something I really liked...but eh, so spending silver on ammo is foolish.

My win rate and survival rate with the Patton are both around 30%. I break even on silver. I'm not worried about the stats really, but the ratio is painful to look at. I get quite a few awards with it too. I think out of 65 battles I got Master Gunner 20 or so times (I can't check my stats now).

When I'm ranked high in the battle, everyone expects me to act like a heavy. When low, everyone yells SCOUT! While they stay camped as near the spawn as possible. I'll let arty know where I'm headed and when they say ready, I'll head out. All those lazy heavy drivers can kiss my ass.

I have a few gold rounds on each tank, except the E8. More people running gold rounds just means I'm going to try to stay more hidden. It would cost around 300000 credits to load up the Churchill
