That was about equivalent to clubbing a baby seal.....TOG had no chance at all.

It is a supreme stand-off weapon, it's helpless in town like that unless you get hull-down in a defensible position, behind rubble or something, and just fire on the corridor. Once overrun, it's helpless.

It has neither the armor to deflect shots, nor the alpha to peek-and-shoot. It's penetration is excellent, but the DPM is inferior. Even the Churchill III has better DPM. The HP pool is there, but it counts for nothing without the mobility to spend it deliberately.

TOG is only suitable for massed assault, not stand-offs. He didn't stand a chance because his team ran off and left him to fend for himself. It was made worse by our coordination, but at that point in the battle I could have defeated him alone by drawing him away from cap. That was the team's mistake, not the player. That poor soul's only mistake was choosing to drive it without a platoon for support.

Everybody needs a Lucky Tank.

I have a theory.. there is an easter egg in the game that if you put a four leaf clover on your tank they give you better MM results

I don't like anything about the Churchill III.
It is ugly.
It is slow.
The gun does a whopping 75 damage per shot.
It gets tracked if you fart in its general direction.

That said, a while ago Que_Pasa told me "dude.. get a Churchill III - it is the next cheater tank."
Didn't make any sense to me.. but I bought one anyway.

157 rounds later....

Yup. Everyone needs a Lucky Tank.

And on the flip side, it's ability to be a bullet sponge allows a coordinated team behind it to be very effective. I was running a T29 and used the help of a TOG as a mobile hull down position to clear 3 guys off the east road on Abbey and 2 more out of cap in a win last week.

Church 3 has been a mainstay in my garage for a long time, for that very reason.

I'm trying out the Korean skins. Kinda cool; they are much less ugly than the clown skins

I didn't know you had an IS7?

My churchill IIII crew has been preparing my IS7 crew since day 1 - they just started their 2nd perk.
My lucky tank now has 6th sense

I'm grinding while working remote today if anyone wants to platoon.

Churchill III is the like cheating.

The baffling part is its server-wide win-rate is in the 50-51% range.

It is a russian forum I found them on:
http://www.koreanrandom.com/forum/to...%D0%B8%D1%8F/#

download the RAR - put them in your mods/8.2/vehicles folder like any other clownskins.

I think they're only the top tier tanks but they are pretty up to date (my FCM was marked up - which i've not seen in the others).
