Playing the Su100 last might to grind xp for teh SU152 before the sale ends I ended up with Mastery badge Ace tanker in one map and on Seigfried Line/encounter we spawned North so I went to cover the road on the east side. Didn't see anyone coming, our team was falling apart so I headed down to see if I could find some arty (in my TD!) I found and killed all 3, then a Tiger and got into a turning/shooting knife fight with a T44 that I lost.
I ended up making almost 40k and Pascucci’s Medal I unlocked the 122 and now need to grind 38k xp to unlock the SU152. |

Stupid question: I just came across something that had our entire FYYFF clan's stats (pretty cool!)
What's the difference between a "soldier" and a "recruit"?

Probably different permission and access to more information... At least that's how it was with the clan I was the boss of and ran in a roleplaying game.

No idea if it makes any real difference. edit: Doh... Looks like Deputy Commanders can do that too. So I'm also a slacker. |

Yeah. "Recruit" is the default new member setting, and you get "promoted" from there. In highly structured clans, this matters... in ours, not so much. Mainly a permissions thing - like sending invites to others for clan growth, etc., but since we're keeping it tight among ADV'ers that's a non-issue. I made a couple deputies out there just in case I missed something, but that's really all it's about.

There, I fixed it, everyone should be a soldier now, but for the couple helpers.
There are 55 of us. Damn.

There are a couple of doubles (Cat/Que_Pasa, for one) in there.

Or is that just a custom skin overriding the Wargaming textures?

I should share this somewhat old set of videos. In the mid-tiers, it can be a quick reference to figure out what to shoot when you find yourself outmatched. And as always, if you need to figure out a specific tank, feel free to hop on TS and get one of us in a training room with ya.

That said, sometimes I'll use them quite a bit depending on what my "overall objective" is in the tank I'm playing. If I'm grinding for XP I want to do more damage so I will shoot the gold and get the extra XP. If I'm grinding for silver I don't shoot the expensive rounds (unless I have to). Right now I'm grinding the ISU-152 to the OBJ 704. I'll shoot all 5 of my gold rounds in the ISU every round because it'll give me more XP each round due to damage done. My Hellcat on the other hand, has already unlocked my T25/2; I haven't fired a gold round in it since except in that rare case where it was going to win the battle for us. Owning things like the T34, FCM50t, SU-122-44 and other premium tanks make getting silver so easy that the cost factor is negligible because they make so much money easily/quickly. Just casually playing I find myself with a 7 figure silver pile without paying attention (I tend to play each premium once/day to get its x2 - then switch to the tanks I want to play). If they cost actual gold - I wouldn't use them at all.

The above post got me to thinking - of the premium tanks, which have you gents found to be the biggest money makers?
I think for me it is the T34.
