Clan wars. I know we talked about it a while back, and some guys had questions since they have never been in one.

Here is the starting screen of the initial organization, but this is well after creating a map ( http://scrum.maptactic.com/241895536...93?sh=NDU4MA== or http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/6643/34pht3djpg.png if that works for you - some of it is deleted to save the tactics), then organizing to see which players have the tanks you want, then a practice session, then... you fight.

And the end-effect if it works out right...

Our T110E4, Buon, had his client keep crashing, so... he wasn't ever in the game.

It's highly organized, so it's not like I was allowed to try my hardest to attain hits. We were all placed on the map, and it wasn't my side that got the brunt of the attack... so I had to wait to keep covering my side, then eventually move over to hit their side. When done well... many players don't really get a ton of damage, but arty does.

So.. hey, let's hope this team's tactics will work for the next few battles on this map. You know, ahead of time, which side you will spawn on, so the planning is made specifically for each side. For each side this team is using different tanks as well.

Your choice OLDNX,

I'm glad you posted as I'd read it as Tier three rather than 3 of a type. Dumped the BT-7 and gone for a scout ELC...

Sam: you are going to get so spoiled on that test server you aren't going to want to come back and play the crappy tanks you own

Dave: I'm amazed how many guys in your clan are sub 53%!

Yeah, this is the 'Landing' clan of the Burning Legion - so guys who either don't have enough tier tens, or guys who don't play well enough to be in the other clans. In my case I hope it's just that I don't have a third and fourth tier ten.

But it was the ticket to get me into the Legion, and that gives me six or seven clans' worth of players to try to platoon with in the mornings I have off (like, for example, the coming Sunday morning... whne on a TeamSpeak with only one clan, chances are that there'd be no-one to platoon with... now I often can find people - and relatively OK to great players at that).

I don't mean to be a snob, but I don't hang with my 'clan mates' in my current clan much. There is only one or two of them I choose to platoon with at all as it is. But the guys from other clans platoon with me, and we win... and they keep asking me when I'm going to have my next tier ten.

I'll have to buy a tank for this.....I could have a hotshot crew for a SU-76 or T-46 pretty easily....or I would be willing to bring my M103 (triple skills) crew down to run a Lee....

Crappy is right, in the time that you have ground up to the OBJ from scratch I have gotten a few modules on my IS... and to be honest that TD is not all that good with the 30 second reload... it really was I got that kill and got swarmed to my death.

Thanks man, I'll look for ya. If FYYFF clan TS isn't busy, but you're on, we may set you up as a 'friend' of the Burning Legion so you can come over into that TS. That way we can have a platoon of three more easily.

I'd love to, but my schedule is so messed up with working alternate days and evenings, plus Saturdays and every other Sunday... I don't get to play the game like I used to.

Instead of 'fun,' most nights it's as soon as I get home and log in, the clan is building a, or another, team for clan wars, and then it's work. By the time it's over i should head to bed, but I stay up too late as it is to try to run a tank or two to get my x2 on them.

But then every other evening, sort of, I get home at 6:30 PM... it's just not much time to focus, practice, and to be sure I'll be able to actually be on when the events happen.
