Funny you should mention this, the other night i was in the maus and saw that 5 of mine and 4-5 of opfor were playing peekaboo around some rocks....someone called sos so i went right into the middle of the opfor fire....all my guys sat there and watched.....of course i died....at which time one of the peekaboo guys says in chat"stupid maus....got out in the open and got dead"......so I typed back"...and what exactly were you DOING when I had all their attention besides watch???"....yeh real quiet chat after that.

My team: T95 & IS2 vs ST-I and T95

IS2 abandons me on base and tries to take the ST-I out.

You can guess the rest......

At least I got a Top Gun out of it!

I've newly discovered the sport/art/fun of running a really freakin' good crew in Tier 2 and Tier 3 tanks.
Turns out their guns aren't so bad afterall...

It is like shooting fish in a barrel (when I'm the only "green" efficiency rating in the match.. over and over )
I can't believe I didn't do this long ago

If anyone wants to stat pad join me later... I'll be derping squids this evening.

Here's the results of the last 3 rounds:

The upside is it'll make an easy way to increase the win ratio.
The down side is it would take about 1502345080x10e23 matches at those tiers to get enough XP for the OBJ 268

p.s. regarding the top TK - note to self: be careful someone doesn't run between you and your prey when shooting a T18's derp gun :ooops

I may later tonight. Here's one in the mighty MS-1 from last night.
Note that I lost a bit of silver.
I figure if you're going to sandbag, you may as well do it with gold rounds.

There should be a rule against this

My T18 was the only Tier 2 I had in my stable. It irked me because I couldn't win in the thing (something like a 39% ratio before today).

So I put a crew with Brothers-In-Arms in it.
I put vents in it.
I put a huge pile of gold ammo in it.

Every single round since I've finished first place overall
I put the short barreled howitzer in it and I just run around and punch people in the face with it.

... I now understand the concept of "stat padding".

Surely there will be some bad WoT Karma coming my way

10 rounds stat padding.
45 kills personally in the 10 rounds (46 if you count a TK ).

Damage dealt:
1st place out of 30 eight times
2nd place out of 30 twice

...I think I'll go buy a lotto ticket because I'll never have this good of a streak ever again

Seal Clubbing I believe is what Brian was calling it

...thus ends my sand-bagging experiment.

Just platooned with two guys in the Burning Legion TS...

One, player FT, was telling me to just be happy, and don't worry - look how great our team's stats were compared to theirs.

I knew right away he and I weren't going to platoon any longer, but then somehow I lived through the main onslaught of their tanks and started fighting back... 5 kills later, 4457 damage, while player OK, got 5147 damage... and player FT? he died early, in the Abby, with 800-some damage. So... we lost.

I excused myself from Mr. "Hey this is so fun and it's just a computer game - come on, guys, whee!!!!" 's platoon.

Still got over 900 XP for a loss, and the Sniper award in the T30.

rj and furgal, great platooning with ya. You guys spoiled me, and now I can't platoon with the normal guys in the BL.

I think they have been spoiling us all, tonight after the tournament (which we won the set 3-0 by the way) I went something like 13-2 in the platoon (Frecks, Burgen and myself).

I did not have any really stellar games except for one, that was at tier 3 with the Pz S35 that I am running in the tournament, 800 damage or so by myself for over 1k without the x5.

For some reason it seemed like MM was being very kind to us, we were working through our x5's and almost every match we were top tier, any thoughts on if it is because we are in the tournament?
