Apparently, being pissed up is not a prerequisite for T28 performance. After the T25at I was ready to drop the US TD line. I have to screw up REALLY bad to lose money in this thing. I think I'll stay on for a while.

For vulnerabilities, the E4 has the worst glacias of the three T110s - just avoid the beak. Up close, T10 AP rounds will pen at the bottom of the turret cheeks, somewhat close to the mantlet, but APCR is a better bet for that situation. This should go without saying, but never facehug an E4.

Glad the T28 is working out for ya.
Like I said way back when - the ultra-slowness of the T29 Proto taught me a lot, and really is a good phase to go through for probably all tankers to contemplate nuances of the game differently. ---------- Stat Padding... I won't say who this is, but will admit I found him in my current clan. Some here have asked about how to stat pad, and this - playing low tiers - would be one way. ![]() I should probably name him to shame him, but there'd be little point in it. 77 games in the last 24 hours, and he wasn't even averaging tier 3 tanks. Another would be to not play unless in a good to great tank company.

Win rate compared to efficiency gives that guy away......hard to get real high efficiencies at low tier. That win rate at Tier 7 average would probably produce an 1800+ efficiency.

I played the first year free, and could have kept going that route except that I'm slightly more impatient than I am cheap. You can get up to the mid tiers pretty quickly, then it takes a long time to grind tier 8/9/10 unless you spend some money. You still don't have to though. There is nothing in the game that requires that you spend real money. You only have voice com when you are platooning, (or using Team Speak like we do) so you don't have to listen to whiners. You will get typing whiners, but it's easy enough to ignore the chat completely, or set individuals to be ignored. I think the game does attract a more mature crowd so that helps. Battles are a max of 15 min, but most don't go that long. It's easy to play a quick battle and then go do something else. I wouldn't call it a tank simulator. They do make some attempt to keep the spirit of the individual tanks, but in order to make a balanced game they take quite a few liberties. I have a friend that is a serious tank buff, and he quit playing because the inconsistencies bugged him too much. Doesn't matter where you start. It doesn't take long to move up to tier 2 so you can play all of the tier 1's and see what you like. We can help you get going by platooning with you. most of us have tier 1 tanks that we use for sandbagging/clubbing seals.

Well... Damn! I don't know if I can afford to buy my IS-3 yet, even though I am probably only a day away from researching it.

Hmmm. Maybe I'll buy the KV-4 again and continue that grind.

at least it's an affordable goal. Sorta.
It's not like they're half off, but if I get to work I could foresee buying two tier 8 tanks. A problem would be slots - no slot sale, so... damn it

Turn over your KLR now. You should be on an Orange or Gisser, not a KLR.

Please tell me the German TD's get better after the Stug III.
I liked the way the Hetzer could survive a few frontal shots. I thought that was a trademark of the TD's. I've learned otherwise playing the Stug III.
