Honestly, with the Hetzer's camo value, a full camo crew, and all that, I thint the last two games were more of "I put my tank in the wrong spot to utilize it correctly with the way the battle played out. I was fully prepared to react and defend the cap if one area fell and support my team to keep them from getting flanked... it just never happened.

Just learned something:

I have 4 chinese light tanks and two crew that I spread among them to train the crew more quickly.
I've been monitoring their experience after each round to see how the x2 Crew Training weekend bonus is going.

The x2 Bonus ONLY works if they are in their NATIVE tank.

i.e.
When I play my WZ132 crew in the WZ131 - they only get 1X training.
When I play my WZ132 crew in the WZ132 - they get the bonus 2X training.

To complete this experiment:

A crew from a non-premium tank in a corresponding Premium Tank DOES get the x2 crew bonus.

FYI,
The crew wiki says accelerate crew training give double exp to the crew member with the lowest exp. all others get normal exp.
I have not verified that this is actually true or not.

It is true, I have verified it. It takes the xp that would normally build up to be converted to free xp and applies it to the crew member with the lowest xp instead.

Concerning my love of the M3 Lee: it took me 67 battles to elite it, I did that with a 57% win ratio and a 1439 Efficiency. However, I am probably the only one who loves the Lee.

In the WoT video, they start by calling it "extraordinary" and I think it's safe to say that tank is not ordinary. Then they start the funny part: "This tank was given the nickname BM6 - meaning 'Mass Grave For Six Brothers' in Russian - by Soviet soldiers. And many World of Tanks players can understand this nickname. Why? Most likely because the M3 Lee is perhaps one of the most controversial tanks in the game. What's so unusual about the M3 Lee that causes so much rage on its account by so many players?" And the video continues. I had a right chuckle while watching it.

Commander
Gunner
Loader
I'd urge you to change that:
Driver - clutch braking - max the 95's turning speed
Command - Mentor - gets the rest of the crew trained faster
Everyone else - repairs,

For gadgets - get a repair kit.

A T95's tracks are prime targets for OPFOR, so minimizing repair time so you can resume movement is crucial.

Love my T18 shooting gold - Two excellent rounds where I got TopGun today, and I matched my personal best of 8 kills:

Don't get me wrong, the lee has a great gun, it is just the rest of the tank I hated even though my win rate is near the level yours is.

This is why I love my Matilda.

We were on Lakeville and I just (slowly) rolled up the eastern valley without stopping. Fear the mighty Matilda.
