Not at all! I think what it was is the other team was -that- bad that most of my team didn't take that much damage. I got into it with an AMX and M5 chasing me around, and while they almost got me, I was still alive at the end.

Overall, the game was a blowout in my team's favor. That's why I think I got the award.

Damaged a couple KV's, had to do a loop around as they were charging the base and I came up behind them climbing the short hill.

Speaking of using arty as TD's on city maps, my buddy just sent me a YouTube clip of an amazing on-the-fly hit he got a week or so ago. Once I learned he had it on replay, I asked him to try to make a YouTube clip of it... and he sent me the link last night. For this sized arty, he and I both think it's really ... lucky

(best viewed in full screen - I also asked him to make it short as opposed to all those long and boring WoT videos out there)

Which one, the 152 or the 107 Death Ray? The 152 is essentially direct fired arty (with all the lack of accuracy that entails). The 107 does less damage per shot, but it allows you to reach out and touch somebody.

best game I ever had on the european server was with the 152. 8 Kills, and none of them were garbage pickin (finishing somebodys target). but yeah you gotta be close with that thing.

First game I ever played in the KV with the 152 was on Campanovka.

I don't think I ever fired 8 shots with my 152. What's that, 4 minutes of reloading alone?

I'm finding tier 5 is the most fun to play. Above that gets tedious quick.

I'm still having trouble dealing with the fact that eventually anyone, and everyone, who wants a tier 10 will get one.

I go into battle with a tier 9 - a good one - and expect to have a good battle (win or lose)... instead, my team's three E-100's all managed to die before me, all without a kill amongst them.

I was drunk last week and was convinced by a not-so-great-playing, drunk clan-mate that the E-50 line was awesome... so I bought a Panther

I wish I had waited and spent the free XP and the credits on a worthwhile tank. ... The 8.8mm isn't worth playing, but I'm stuck with it until I downgrade to the smaller 7.5mm for tier-7 correct penetration with tier 5 damage.

I hear you....I'm liking my tier 5 and 6 tanks most right now, especially since they're running with 100% crews. When you have a bad run, they'll at least break even. When you have a good run....

I agree. I just had a bad night. I think I won one in 10 last night. Lost more than I made.

What's on sale this weekend besides the 25/2?
