I've had a lot of bikes I totally loved but sold because it was better for both of us if we broke up. I had over 35,000 miles on my F650GS when I pulled the wheels and set it on the skidplate in the garage for 6 months before I figured out we just needed to break up.

I've had a bunch of bikes but the only one I've regretted selling was a 1981 XT250 first-kick-starting sweetheart about 5 years ago. It's probably irreplaceable for the kind of money I want to spend. Any modern bike is replaceable at a lower price than what you sold it for. Live a little. A bike won't kill you in your sleep for cheating on it.

Was that the bike we went fly fishing at Gross Reservoir with (I was on my 610) and we had to go down that crazy steep hill (you were slowly getting back up to speed on a bike after your back was fixed up)? Man I laughed so hard when you went flying by me completely out of control

...that was also the day we saw Mama Bear and Two cubs.

Good times

Neat game - and I didn't even know they had an 'encounter' playstyle set up for that map with this new patch (I turned off the other play styles).

But what's up with the 6th grader's voice as your tank commander?

I was platooned with Model500 today, he was running his SU-85, I was in the Russian T-34... At one point he mentioned for me to slow down all he was getting was the scraps left over. 2500 damage with the Zis-4, and 8 kills. I will have to post the screen captures later, but really he won the game for us.

Believe that about the Zis4. That gun is stunning. My Chinese T-34 does that damage once every 10 rounds or so. I blame the sack of meat sitting between the keyboard and the seat cushions for the T-34 not pulling that every other round at least.

Lots of news for the day:

Quote:
- the Chinese Type 34 with 57mm gun is not the Soviet T-34/57 exported to China, the Chinese mounted the gun themselves
- the type of shell fired mostly from vehicles is taken into account when considering buffs and nerfs, SerB confirms that the fact some tanks are competitive only with gold shells is taken into account when considering buffs/nerfs
- the option to disable maps you don’t want to play won’t be implemented for now
- if you hit the tip (end) of the gun barrel, the gun won’t get damaged
- the perk Deadeye has nothing to do with gun accuracy apparently: “There is no correlation between where the shell will go within the aim circle and the probability of a crit this perk”
- spotting damage in player statistics will be implemented
- SerB states that the low level light tank branches without high tier vehicles are not interesting for players, “we checked”
- SerB states that when the optional hull modules are implemented, they will be tied to the suspension modules (as in, you unlock another suspension = you unlock hull), elite vehicles will remain elite even if new modules are implemented
- according to SerB and Veider, French tree second heavy branch is ready, but won’t be added now, because “there are other trees to have tanks added to them”
- not all tanks with increased credit gain coefficient are premium vehicles
- it’s possible that when tank tipping over is implemented, the ramming mechanism will be changed too
"We checked."

New highest XP earned - with a loss.

ISU-152 + team of window lickers =

This last one I had to cut and paste to copy over the last tank on the list I damaged - it had that scroll thing so I could see them all.

I really like the new feature where they give you an XP boost for doing awesome even when your team fails. It cushions the loss when you earn 900+XP.

Yep. I loved that bike, but the suspension bottomed out on manhole covers. It'd be a perfect Salida bike, too... given that I could upgrade the shock.

I thought there were three cubs. That was a fun day.
