My BWP which somehow came green stickered and non-opped for street riding, despite the lack of any street legal doohickeys like turn sigs, horn, brake light, DOTs, etc. I threw a mirror on it and zip-tied a plate to the fender and called it a day. I have everything I need to legalize it, but I'm lazy and figure I'll get to it once I get some motivation from Johnny Law (or someone rear ends me -- I really should at least take care of that brake light!).

My MXC came from Virginia. It had a working brake light (rear pedal only), functional headlight (not sure about high/low beam) and an air horn zip-tied to the handlebars. I don't think VA is all that tough on plating dirt bikes.

I love my 2002 EXC 520.
Iowa is one of the toughest states to tag a bike. But mine is done. Only a rear brake light, high/low with a toggle, no key or horn. And I have only been in one accident with her! Grandma pulled out in front of me with her Buick and I smoked her passenger door. Full ATGATT is the way to go!! ![]() ![]() ![]() :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'd have to say NO due to a lack of tag (notice there's no collar?)

1986 Honda XR6. Love it. Just threw an 18 inch wheel with new Pirelli MT43 on the rear. Ready to romp again.

KTM of that vintage should already have a real street type title, I don't know how they do it in your state, but in PA you would just go to the tag place and buy a tag (and pay 6% sales tax)
