That section of road is probably the most fun ride I've ever taken! Should you find yourself winding your way through San Miguel de Allende, our local riders' club meets Miercoles a las cinco at the Longhorn Smokehouse on Salida de Celaya.

Great pictures of Mexico and looks like a fun ride! Glad to hear you're coming to Alberta - we have some great riding here with lots of options to hook up to the Alaska or Cassier highway.

Hola Vince , como va todo en el norte ?? Jean Luc returned to Guatemala one month ago , he flew in for Eastern for a few days and we spent a couple of days together in Valle de Bravo before he returned to Guatemala.
Que bien que te gustan las fotos .

Goodbye from Morelia and two new friends

One of the nicest experiences in Morelia was having met our hosts and new friends ,Rosa and Maria .
We had some interesting chats , Maria invited us to taste several dishes that she cooked , all of the excelent , they even helped us getting a really good deal on a hotel in Patzcuaro

Rosa, Maria and Luisa

Rosa looking out of her office

Getting the loaded bike out of Casona Rosa

Hasta la proxima , Maria & Rosa y muchas gracias por todo !!!

Gahh! I miss Mexico!

If you've never been south of the border that massive pile of mystery-meat probably looks scary, but man...
It is FRESH and DELICIOUS and AMAZING!
You just can't quite get Mexican food outside Mexico! What a cuisine!

You're rollin' the right way in my book GuateRider

Hi Guate, looks like a great trip, what is your route plan? Are you going to do the Devil`s Backbone? Durango to Mazatlan.
If you go to Mazatlan stay the "La Siesta Hotel"
Copper canyon?
Zacatecas is beautiful.
San Carlos up along the west coast is really a nice spot.

Buen Viaje!

We will do La Espinosa del Diablo on our way back down south, Copper Canyon we will do on our way up north, Zacatecas not sure yet , depends how many Detours (the best part of the journey) we take before we get there. The coast is not on our list, we are mountain people
