Shots of Cities or Towns from a Vantage Point

I don't have anything yet, but would love to find out about some excellent locations to view or photograph Cities from a VANTAGE POINT.

Also, I would like to see everyones spectacular photos !!!

Especially exciting are night shots, maybe from an accessible hillside or mountain location.

If possible, a location description, map, or Grid Coordinates would be great, so others could go experience it.

I think there is something special about these type of views and pictures , so lets see what you got !!!!!
