This install was a challenge!

Dr.Z wanted the fairing tight to the triples and low on the fender. The super tanker 6.6g Acerbis extends forward of the triples/forks.

Cut a scallop to fit the contour of the tank at full lock.

Plenty of steering

Tight to the triples

Looking Good, great light and functional wind protection.

Ready to travel and hit the trails

I am interested in this same set up in black.
It will be on a XR650R with a 6.3 gallon Acerbis tank also.
I like the look, wind protection and lights.

Use the pins on the fender for the lower mount, strap with fork hardware for upper.

No, the lights have airflow around them,

looking at fitting the model 60 on a 690 rally to replace the standerd halogen high beam.
Your light should be a nice simple swap but I was a bit woried it would over heat behind the fairing and light protector.
