Hi Donnie

Your last trip to the Baja got me excited about that part of Mexico so I started my current trip through there. Really enjoyed it.

Will be starting to head north from Oaxaca in a week or so. I'll keep an eye on your report and we may cross paths at some point.

Just did 2600 miles in baja from San Felipe to San Jose and over the Naranja rd to Todos Santos. Those K270's look like they are ready for another trip ! Did a lot of pavement but I was solo. Naranja road was great ! That east cape road out of La Paz was rough in several spots. Had to help a canadein on 1200gs who did't know dirt. Like a local told me in Felipe .....enjoy your life. all the best to you Donnie

I'm following along here and the other Mexico trips.
I'm leaving Saturday for a brief trip across the north of Baja.
And in a few weeks, a ride down to Cabo San Lucas.
Why, when I log onto your spot page, all I get is a blank black page? Do I need an account or to buy into the system? Or what.

I had the first little obstacle this morning. Came out of MCDs and the battery had died. The volt meter had not looked just right yesterday and I was worried about it. No problem, push the KLR over to the other side of the parking lot where the parts store was located, get a new battery, put it in and resume my ride. No hay problema!

I wonder what this baby runs on?

Riding through the Texas Hill Country. So nice I actually missed one turn and went almost five miles out of the way before realizing it.
