I just committed to the new foam filter for my SE. Feels like buying a mystery case of wine: not sure what I'm going to get, but I'm probably going to like it, and it will cause me to fall down once or twice.

I wanted to speculate a little on CJ's NEW SE parts. What could they possibly be? Racks? Front fairing? Underseat espresso machine??

990 Filter kits will start shipping to me Next week Then out to customers in the order invoices were paid. The second batch is SOLD out again already. If you are interested, but get your name on one now so I can save you one in the next batch. This helps make sure that a large enough batch is made and will allow us to get them to you faster.


My 950 carbs are at CPR now. They will start working on the 950 plates in the next week or so. These are on schedule and due to ship when the next batch of filters are ready around the end of the month.

Filter take about 2-3 weeks each batch.

I'll post more info when I have it.

Thanks for the update Craig. My SE is running rich around town and at low revs. It's snatchy as hell in 1st or 2nd gear. I'm was gonna have to re-jet anyway, AND probably add a G2 tamer, but I'm waiting on the new foam filter setup. Who knows: maybe the additional air will be perfect for my current jetting. (I wish!)

Sorry for the slow responses, this doesn't happen often, but when it does all heck breaks loose.

I've been in bed sick the last week doing the most I can in small bursts. I lay in bed listening to the bikes outside making the most of the 75F weather we are having and it makes me cringe. The last few nights I had a temp of 102F, so not much of that being done by me for some time. I've sweat that out and that's back to normal now. The only thing that seems to be helping get better is fluids and laying flat on my back. Not the best for being productive. I think I've burned the candle from both ends for too long and it's caught up to me in a big way. I need to get over this 100% so I can move forward this season strong and healthy. Lots to do this season and new parts to build.

That's my current state in a nut shell, now back to the important stuff, your parts.

The filters shipped to me on Thurs and the first 10 990 orders will ship as soon as I get them in. filter-skins are still in the works. Once I have more details or if they decide to offer them up as a promo product I'll ship them out to those that got in on the pre-order.

950 Units are still due to be ready around the end of the month. Plates are being worked on Now, the next batch of filters is what the hold up is on those.

I appreciate your patience.

Now Go out and Ride! It will make me feel better knowing that others are at least enjoying the nice weather.
