Forks and shock showed up from Trail Tricks. Thanks Javier

This is a modification I've been hoping to do for some time. "S" length suspension and valved and sprung for me

A few other items installed. Sump guard showed up from Adventure Spec, new speedo cables, clutch slave, clutch cover and some other odds and ends. The goal is to have it up and running by Sunday

would you be able to take some pix of the small tool box and some brief dimensions? I couldn't find any on line (found pix but no dimensions) ...

Thank you

No worries, next time I'm out in the garage. Any particular place your looking for a measurement?

Front tanks and fairings got some attention today.

Primer was wet sanded with 1000 grit.

Smooth like butter

Started putting the bike back together, it's beginning to resemble a bike again as opposed to card board boxes full of parts scattered around the garage.

I was a bit worried that the exhaust and the tank wouldn't line up...I was stoked to see that not only do they fit but the angles are almost exactly the same. An unexpected bonus

The vinyl decals on the rear tanks is coming off tomorrow. I'm not stoked with how they turned out, contact has been made with Crispy

Sump guard goes on tomorrow and the rear tanks will get plumbed in. A few others nut and bolts to tighten up....almost there

Skid plate went on today

Measurements

The reason I bought this one was for the storage it offered. Always nice to have another location for spares and tools

Build quality and finish seem good. The fit around my pipe is good. All around it seems like a quality product.

Very nice!! Thank you for pictures and measurements.
Nice touch on the black painted aluminum cross section.

Just a question: unless I misinterpret the picture, I thought the steel plate attaching the rear part of the skid should be sitting inside the skid. By the look on the picture, I can see the bolts on the bottom rear part but not the plate. Is it bolted on the bottom side?
