All packed and ready to roll, just have to knock over a 1 am 12 hr shift then head to Theadore about 2 pm..might have a snooze on the way zzzzz with the auto pilot on

just spoke to a fella on scartwater stn and he reckons the river came down lastnight and the bridge is under. i dont think he was takin the piss,but you never know.has anyone else got a source of info.

Looks alright on the river/rainfall bom site, maybe he don't like noisy KLR's Ring OBB he's a local yokel.

Quite possible, could have been some run off, we scored 40mm last week , heard there was upto 100mm up belyando way, shouldn't have influenced river heights to much, scartwater is around 100mile north of us but, so anything could have happened up there.!

Last time I did this ride I think we went on the Glenmoral Roundstone RD then back the black top to Roleston then onto Springsure. Or we can follow Hendo's map for more dirt.....I'm easy and just follow the leader .

Hendo, if we go your route will we need to fuel at Taroom ? 400 km fuel range for me.

yes, most of it,
we lost woop woop out there last time.
There is some black soil out that way also.
Fuel at Theodore last year .

There's a fairly big storm going through there now,
so we will check those roads as we go .
