Oh well, GB finally paid them back a couple of years ago.

NPR just reported attempted murder, suicide at in a KC home. A yet un named player is dead. I'll send one up for the lives this will impact.

A Kansas City Chiefs player has reportedly shot and killed himself at a training facility near Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo. A second shooting of a young woman may also be related

Javon Belcher. Killed his girlfriend in front of her mother and then drove to Arrowhead and committed suicide in front of some Chiefs staff when police arrived. Orphaned a 3 month old.

There will be no postponement of the game, not even to honor the other victim, not for a day of domestic violence awareness and prevention... What can you do? Nothing. Better play football to facilitate the healing process...

Condolences to the KC Chief family. This has to be really tough on Scott Pioli and Romeo Cornell who tried to talk him down and witnessed the suicide. Very rough day all around.

Now a child will be without a Mom, a family without a daughter. Another family without a son. And may strongly effect other families.

Very sad. It seems Pioli is having a very hard time with this. Understandable. I actually watched this lad play in a couple of his college games. A standout at UMaine. I am sure the sordid details will be vetted out, but it will still be very sad no matter what they are. I just hope Grandma is a good person and the little girls life will be as good as it possibly can be from this point forward.

Horrible news. God bless the families and friends and to the people who witnessed the event.

And sorry for the Chiefs fans. It sounds like the GM and Romeo Crennel witnessed him taking his life. Man what a fucked up day for everyone involved. Left behind a 3 month old on top of all of it. Really sad.

I feel so horrible for the families and the living victim which is his now orphaned daughter, her life is forever messed up. If its so bad take yourself not someone else let alone your kids mother.

Ha Ha 9'ers..and I picked them the to win today. Now we will see if they have the nuts to switch back to Smith. I am not a big Smith fan,but I am old school, and I believe a starting Quarterback should lose his job,not taken away...
