I just did something similar yesterday. I was lifting a large heavy box and tried to tilt it and twist at the same time to set it up on a counter, when suddenly I got a searing, took my breath away pain in my left ribcage.

Lots of Advil since. A little better today as it only hurts when I breathe.

reposting across this thread, looking for pointers maybe someone will think of something I havent?

Its not looking good for me to be riding this weekend =(

But on a serious note, have you ever been to a local chiropractor for a back adjustment?
I thought they were hokey until I threw my back out over a decade ago.

.....now I try to go two or three times a year, just like cracking your knuckles, feels great right away.

The new pickup ricky stator sold me has reversed polarity and same color wires, and I didnt know this- no instructions for my bike. Oh well. Live and learn I guess. The tech was not available (maybe on vaca) when I originally ordered the pickup.

Here's an offer to pick something up for someone if they need it at Need for Speed in westbrook/old saybrook. I plan to be there shortly after they open Friday morning to pick up an MT16, so I can grab anything else and bring with me to the C-N-R.

Have we decided which area, Rob?

Im seeing some rain in the forecast- should I try to find a relative with one of those pop-up shelters like you lent me back in april?

Anyone else lacking anything or something I can help out with?

I work for a comic boom company and have more free comics then I know what to do with, anyone with kids or just fans interested in any dc comics? Batman superman green lantern etc. let me know I'll dump em in my car.

I really hope we can get some good action pictures on part of the ride.

Paul, how was that trials bike treating you? That thing looks fun. You climbing those rocks in your yard?

Well stay tuned for an exact location on the campsite. I'll post it as soon as I figure it out tomorrow around 6pm.

It'll be down by the lake most likely. Time to start packing up, WE'RE GOING CAMPING (and riding) !!

Noob alert here as well, I don't fall over much I'm just slow, as long as I have a map feel free to leave me behind

I'm leaving tomorrow and hope to be there by dinner, post up if people need food supplies. I know alcohol is prohibited, but what do they mean by plan accordingly? Chug brews before entering?? Maybe its mums the word but Am I really going to get in trouble with a small flask after nightfall?
