Attention cheapskates!

Does anyone have a recommendation for a tire pump?
Preferably:
  • small
  • doesn't use CO2 cartridges
  • has a threaded end that connects to the valve stem. I had a Slime pump that had a plastic connector. cheap. I'm looking to replace it.
  • it would be nice if I good inflate to a 90 psi or so, but not necessary. the 90psi is to seat the bead, but I can always limp to a air pump.
I saw some over at REI, but shopping there is like looking at a Touratech catalogue. I don't want to spend $50 on a bike pump.......
This one looks good, though.

They work great.

and I got this one too, it is very high quality:

Our local WM has some really nice waterproof storage cases in the camping aisle, labeled "Aqua Boxes" they had em in qutie a few different sizes. For those of us w/o waterproof bags they would be a good place to keep more sensitive items like electronics/wallets/etc.

fits in the top of a zega pannier... where mine is mounted..

not a theaded end though.

the hose (unlike the previously listed one). makes it so you can push it against the ground... and not injure the vavle stem...

Just bought a couple at Marshalls (same company as TJ Maxx) this past Saturday actually. I searched the rack to find a couple less than 10 bucks - which I did. I'm sure they were cheap due to be last year's colors but I really could give a crap about that....

REI is where I go to shop if I'm not sure the purchase will fit my needs. Their 100% no questions asked guarantee is the best in the business. For some items (not a lot), it is worth paying full price if I know I can return it (used and even abused) should something go wrong. For example, I just bought a Garmin Forerunner GPS watch at REI because I know these types of watches can sometimes stop working for no reason. Even if it shorts out on me three years from now, I can still return it for a full refund.

You can also find some great deals on camping items at REI garage sales.

Yeah, it's my go to place for athletic wear; awesome for the mentioned compression gear (I really like some of the Reebok ones, with mesh panel on the back for better ventilation) and basketball shorts.

I like REI, too.
http://www.altrec.com/ also has a great return policy, just like REI.
You have to pay for shipping, though.
Just another option for folks, esp. if REI is too far from them.

Usually on the Walmart site you can shop other stores.....if you find it at another store(Walmart)....they'll ship it to a closer store for you.
