Trip to Glenmalure, Co Wicklow Ireland.

With the weather starting to improve two friends and I headed for the Wicklow mountains and the area of Glenmalure. There are great tracks and trails up there so got to put my 640 through its paces for the first time.

It wasn't all plain sailing with the new to me 640. It's now not at it's best. It sounds like a a bucket of spaners being rattled about. Every now and then there's a pinging sound like metal been hit that can be felt up through the bike.

Dropped it to my machanic friend last night and he recons the noise which is very extrem is coming from the clutch casing. He's pulling it off today to investigate for me but recons it's a bolt or spring that has broken. Searching this site has me thinking bolt or bearing. He'll let me know what he finds.

Had a very enjoyable day on the trails and looking forward to the next one.
