Just checked in. I know your posts and bike from the 690 thread, but didn't realize you were on such a rad adventure. Good to see someone going big on the sex 9 zero! Ride on!

Great RR! Have been following since day 1.
+1 on being glad to see you've got your fly rod out.
When you get down to Bozeman, you'll have too many choices on places to fish.. I'm looking forward to reading about it.

Great story, I'm totally jealous.. Maybe, when I'm 65 I'll have a shot at duplicating a "portion" of this trip.

Seven days since the last update...

Looks like it is time to start up the bear et Noah rumor again... Now we just have to determine which species of bear is using KTM spokes as toothpicks...

Stop worrying. I am in the black hole that is Canada. Me to. The rivers are so high and muddy now, not even worth it to try to fish. The Alaskan Hwy is shut down in a few different spots.

Mmmmmm, Liard hot springs.......did a little soaking there myself last summer on my way up to Alaska. The nice folks running the park were even nice enough to let me set up my tent under one of the big shelters they got there in the park; it seems kinda silly setting up your tent under a shelter, but it sure is nice to be able to pack up a dry tent in the morning!

Keep the up the good work on the report; I need something to inspire me to keep working until I once again save up enough money to get back out there on the road.
