nice!

Noah - awesome that your ride was found. I'm sure there is an amazing story behind its recovery… hope to hear it someday. Good luck in your next phase of your journey no matter which bike you ride. As Lance A. wrote, "It isn't the bike."

Fishfund - if you are reading here… OUCH! What happened? I loved your Africa RR I came across when researching bikes. Get well!

It's great news that you got your bike back!!!

I've been following this thread for a while now and I'm wondering when you plan to go through Sweden? I live on the eastern side in the middle of the country and perhaps I can show you some interesting roads so you don't have to go on the highways.

wow this RR just gets better and better. It is even more exciting than reading a book. If you come to Sweden in a couple of months you can totally avoid the roads and ride the ice!
(Got a nice picture of you mudder on the middle of a lake)

Anyhow, all the best and I am excited to follow you around the world through you posts

Noah has moved on

After the good news that Noah's original 690 has been found, just as he was putting the finishing touches to Fishfund's old 690 here at Rally-Raid HQ,we filled the new bike with fuel, took a short test ride, and then loaded her up for a trial 2 week ride around the UK.
It has been great to meet Noah, and be able to help in in some small way,so that he can carry on with his RTW trip.
We have had a nice couple of weeks getting to know him,had lots of new English beers to try, plenty of food, and our livestock will certainly miss him camping next to their field!
His stolen 690 will be arriving this week, and it will get a full service, before being repaired. So all Noah needs is another US ADV rider to come over to the UK and buy his ready made RTW 690,then carry on its adventure.
Good luck Noah, now I have to repair the grass where your tent was!!!!!

Great news, put a big smile on my face. Good luck on your next leg! It's ironic how the bad in this world showed you how good this world really is!

Good job to everyone in the ADV community!!!

Hey Noah, been following the action from the start - great RR! Sucks about your bike.

if you're coming this way, I have a couch and secure parking in South West London (near Wimbledon).

Cheers

Traveling again!

Yesterday I finally got back on the road and its amazing!
I cant thank John enough. I wouldn't have killed the grass with my tent if he wasn't interrupting me when I was working on the bike for Tea every 15 minutes!

John got the honors!

He is just a big softie though!

(I guess I am also)

Internet is limited... So I'll have to post pics later. But here are a few to hold you over..

Ladies and Gents.. Meet Katriana

WANT!

Found dirt and sun!

Roads like this ALL DAY LONG!
