Noah, just a quick note to say thanks for your great travelling spirit, and for taking the time to post such great photos and script. I followed FishFund's ride report in '10 and it saved me from going crazy while attending school and being a bit house and town 'bound. Now, I am following yours while working on my Masters degree - it is also keeping me sane while stuck in the big city of Toronto. Ride safe in Morocco. Fair winds and following seas.....

Reading that story about Marco going to Berlin to eat Nutella after The Wall fell...that's what doing a trip like this is all about, those human connections into someone's life, you can never get that sitting at home, priceless.

I met a lady a few days ago who grew up in West Berlin. She said she remembers the "stinky cars" from the east side after the wall fell. This all makes sense that its a 2 stroke.

Sony NEX-5. I quite like it. I have the 18mm and the 18-55mm lens. Unfortunately I was not able to make it into Norway and Sweden this trip. If there is a round 2 I will for sure get there.

Your pictures are really good Noah, especially those night shots. I will definitely have to take a photography class before going on a big trip. Just looked up your Sony cam, I could live with that size and weight compared to a DSLR!

And just for the record, don't try to make up any stories because I've got proof!
