I am up in Denver for a funeral or I would for sure assist on this one. Prayers go out.

Fantastic ride, with a very fast group! I didn't get many pics. Every time I stopped to take a pic the group blew past me. LOL (I need to work on my cardio.)

NS threw in a couple of wicked curveballs. First, a half mile long downhill that was so steep I really wasn't sure we could have gotten back up. But that was just the appetizer....

Anyway, I hope you captured some of it on film, NS.

OK so I did get a few pics. I'll post these feeble ones and let Nightstalker provide the high quality pics.

In for the fun, RWAZ in the Razor. Man he can moto that buggy!

Escon Deasy rocking the 530. Paul the new guy, asking Nigtstalker about the level of difficulty. "Well technically its doable".

YBRacing, Nightstalker and RWAZ

Paul on the cool 505 KTM

First stop was this unknown mine.

Nightstalker and Escon Deasy checking it out. Me, I'll stay out here in the sunlight thank you.

One of the many creek crossing with lots of deep sand.

One of the extra loops brought us to a washed out two track. This was a 6 ft vertical climb out of the creek bed. YBRacing showing us how it should be done. With style!

Paul lost traction on the first attempt, but nailed it on the second.

And Nightstalker blasts on up! Sorry for the poor photog skills.

RWAZ just crawls right up. I think he may have spilled a bit of his iced tea though.

The next part of the loop was a half mile steeeeeeep, loose and nasty downhill.

It appeared that we had come to a dead end. Nightstallker's gps said different. So we slid into this wash knowing that we probably couldn't climb back out without helping each other.

NS and I scouted ahead and found the remains of the last traveler foolish enough to come this way. We think he flew off the road 100 feet above and landed backwards buckling his truck in half and coming to rest against this boulder.

NS and I climbed "the road" out of the wash. It was the brother to the hill we had just come down only much longer, looser and rutted. I made it to the half way point where it flattened out. NS returned to bring the troops. Here I am looking down at the wash where NS is telling the gang its fun. Come on, really its fun.

Escon Deasy making it look too easy. Climbing up to where I'm parked.

YBR hauling the mail!

Well, we all made it up to the road to Peck mine. This was the last of my pics. We were really moving from this point on. A quick meal at CK, then an absolute bomb run back to the trucks. Nightstalker will have to tell the entire story.
