I got to try on the FLY and without having the THH side by side, I'd say it is a slightly different fit.

I'm normally a large in all helmets I've owned in the past. The FLY is a tight fit in a large - I think (hope) it will loosen up a little.

I was going to buy off these guys in Perth...

They don't seem to answer the phone or respond to emails as yet, so it may be a case of it "seems to cheap to right"

Thanks for the link. With free freight included, they're better than ordering from the US. They've got great prices on a lot of gear.

There is a video review of the Fly Trekker on this website:

http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/f...kker-ds-helmet

It looks like good value for money.

Yeah,good helmet!light,plenty of in/out vents,snug fit,removable liner,and can wear goggles with visor down.Adjustable peak also,so I reckon good value for the price...................though it's not ''Iva dustproof''.

I picked up a Trekker today. Will see how it goes over the weekend.

I did notice after getting it home that the top intake vents dont really seal very well - one side is pretty bad actually. It is built to a price though. Anyone that already has one notice any water coming in those vents in the rain ?

Peter Stevens are discounting the XD3 before they release the XD4. They had the XD3 for $599. They fit me very, very well, but even at $599 they are over 3 times the price of the Trekker. Paid $180 for the Trekker.

btw the store I linked to above never replied to my enquiries - telephone or email.

Ordered a Trekker online yesterday from Bikebiz in Sydney. Rang first to check on sizing comparisons to Fox helmets, very helpful.

Missus just texted me and it is at home now in Tas, 24 hours later, now that is service.

Pity i don't get home until next Wednesday

Spent a few hours in the new Trekker on the weekend, and while it's no Aria, it's not too bad with ear plugs in - pretty noisy without them.

Catches shitloads of wind with a head check, but it's OK in a straight line.

Fly Trekka

I bought one a few weeks ago, been on a run and did well over 3,000 klm in all sorts of weather. I wear earplugs so noise not a problem. Compared to Zeus as Will_S said;

much better vision,
no leaks,
comfortable,
reasonable vents
and good value.

It's not an Arai or a Shoei but neither is the price. Peak does not vibrate. Quite satisfied.

We have 2 x Zeus and one disappointing thing was that on both (one silver and one black), the paint looks pretty sad.
