Talk about pressure. If Bubba doesn't win on the yellow bike, we can probably rule out the bike as being the problem. Its too bad most of the top guys are out hurt... I think Dungey is about his only competition, so the wins will probably come easier than if Villo, Reed and Canard were out there.

I really believe that Bubba's best days have come and gone. He has tasted the life of leisure and the work ethic has evaporated. I think that is evidenced by him not showing up for autograph and photo sessions with dealers.

Any team (Yosh Suzuki now) that takes on JS7 has to be hoping that they can cash in while he is excited to be on a team. They have to know that he is going to burn out again and that their chance to capitalize is limited.

Dungey has shown that he is rocket fast outdoors and has the stamina to maintain the speed to the end. I think he is the guy to beat.

I also think that with the current injury picture, the only one that could challenge him is Bam Bam Barcia. If Honda were smart, they would put him on a 450 for the outdoors.

I thought he did 2 or 3 450 outdoor races last year. He did poorly on the 250, but looked like his riding style fit the 450 fairly well.

Pretty plain announcement at the Vegas SX, Barcia on factory 450 Honda/Muscle Milk beginning with 2013 SX. Stays with Geico Honda 250 for MX. (Or is he going with a 450 for that million $$$ Vegas thing? I don't think that really counts though.)

He did really good on the 450 in 3 MX races last summer, a little back and forth with Dungey.

He should join the top 5 in speed, if Carnard can come back and Reed stays in as a rider we'll have a top 6 in 2013.

Reed will be there as a team owner. I'm hoping Carnard can get his speed back, even though he's my guy I know he has a tough road ahead to get back to where he was.

I'm not a Stewart fan but I'm picking him to win the outdoors this season.

If Suzuki can keep Stewart's head in the game and keep him focused he'll be a threat every weekend. Dungey will keep him honest. Bubba's return will actually make the 450 class worth watching this summer. I just hope he doesn't hurt anybody.

Did you miss this year's supercross season?????

I have always heard, "it is not the bike, it's the rider." I know that at this level, a well-set up bike can certainly help, but I think JS7 showed that he does not have his head in the game. He just does not give a shit.

You left out the first part of my post that said "if Suzuki can keep Stewarts head in the game."

Only way to tell is to put him back on a KX125
That boy used to flat out haul on that bike.
It was fun to watch him ride back then.
Now, everytime I watch him, I'm wondering which lap he's going to take a spill on.
Or worse, take someone out.

I really hope Windham makes a few appearances, but I highly doubt it.
We talked at the mall a few months ago, but it was too early to say.
I think from here on out (until retirement), he's SX only.

Webb has some experience with Aussie riders, so he should do just fine dealing with a menopausal head case.
