How many 60 and older SE riders?

Hit the big "Six O" today . . . . still feel like a kid when riding my SE.

KTM's definitely keep you "young at heart"
My SE is my keeper . . . . perfect retirement bike

No. I don't ride in shorts.

Yes, it does get a little muddy from time to time:

Happy birthday mcmann!

I am 17 years short of turning 60, but I have a wee suspicion that a well maintained SE will be as bonkers, contemporary and exciting in 17 years time, as it is now. Or maybe an electric conversion when the time is ripe!

Like the old guys in the 50 years of riding video say, "get on with riding or get on with dying."

I turn 60 in June. Although I don't ride an SE, my 990 adventure is my fountain of youth.

Keep riding!

Thanks bros. I started with a 950A . . . . until Brown Dog gave me a heads up on my SE.

My 950A opened my eyes to the power of KTM
KTM's can be addicting:

Especially at 13,000 feet:

Happy B'day McMan, SE is a keeper. Make sure you've got the fire extinguisher ready, just in case, that many candles on a cake.

54 and counting

I'm 54 and have a 2008 SE. My grin meter is pegged every time I ride it.

Happy birthday mcmann, great to see you 'old timers' still riding bikes!! . . . . . hang on, I've just turned 50, and bought myself a 2011 KTM 990 Adv as a 50th birthday present to myself - I guess that makes me an old timer as well!!

Seriously, you are as old as you feel and the SE will keep you feeling very young. As long as you are fit enough to enjoy it go for it. Keeping the mind and body engaged is the best medicine. I'd love to think that when I am in my 70's I can still ride and do trips.
