Sunday before moving in
The garage is well enough along to start moving things in Monday morning.
Roof will go on after painting the stucco. The stucco guy said to hold off as long you can before paint to harden the stucco. No rain in the forcast for the next 10 days. Kitchen cabinets , shelving, rubber flooring .. and moving in two lifts. Started April 26 .. it was petty quick.   Sunset view  side yard

Monday move in
We cleared out the storage this morning and moved in one of the lifts and a project. The stainless steel table and sink and cabinets re-installed.
Moving this 8ft table was a bear .. plus it was pretty heavy  Stainless wash sink and small wet table  K75 project    kitchen cabinets from our remodel  Moving air is not a problem...  8 ft stainless table.. my new welding table. I will add a block of wood underneath for a vice  Movable storage rack  The 4 seater from my sprinter van. Perfect for sitting.. while not in use

clearing the yard
We are getting ready for final grading. We are removing brush and extending a defensible (30 ft) from the building.
We have lots of jumping cholla... hate this stuff..DON'T GO NEAR IT.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.  get too close and this could happen  Nasty stuff.

Yeah, I "run into it" occasionally at work, thus I have developed this attitude:
 Best way to remove it? A plastic comb. Slide the spines between the teeth of the comb and pull it out. Works great, doesn't get it stuck in your hands..

Started moving items into the shelving. Never knew I had sooooo much.
Working on the K75 while waiting for parts.. found the boom box until the stero system is hooked up. Can't wait to get the wash sink hooked up.
