Several scoot pics

Was going through some scoot photos today and thought I'd post up a few that I like just for general practice. I may have posted some of these before...if so, sorry about that...:

I think it would be cool to see your favorite photos of your scoot and you on runs where you are. Anyone up for posting up?

This is on the driveway leading to my workplace. This little 1km strip of bitumen joins the main road, which is 10km each way of red dirt gravel!

Nice TV dish!

That's a great photo...like to see scootering in other locales.

Klav, I've seen your thread...it's great...NICE JOB on the Gymkhana...

The way to advance scootering is to get out there and do it with the motorcycle riders. As noted in another thread, many, if not most, of us are former or current motorcylists who have found scooters to be a blast to ride, in addition to being very practical.

Also, very impressed with the paraplegic rider. Never give up. Find a way over, under or around. Improvise, adapt, overcome. He did all that and more...

From today with the BV....incidentally, here's a laugh and I'm probably jinxing myself by telling you...the right rear turn signal has not busted in the last three rides AND the speedo/odo are working perfectly.

A side road off of 129, the Dragon.

The two photos are 5 years apart.

I'm pretty sure this is the same spot except looking in the opposite direction:

And this is just down the road:

Well, I knew I shouldn't have said anything. Out and about today on the BV again and the LEFT rear turnsignal stalk broke. That's NEVER happened...the last six breaks have all been on the RIGHT rear turnsignal. That's what I get for shooting my mouth off.

You just have to laugh, or else nothing will happen except hypertension. Ain't worth it.

Anyway, from today:

My vote is for an aftermarket replacement. The Buell signals are not expensive but hold up to vibes.

Very nice scenery. Are you in North California?

Yeah, I'll get around to replacing them with aftermarket units at some point...

Yes, I'm in the Sacramento area.
