Looks like weather is again an issue. Time to consider rescheduling this event, for riders and spectators alike. I'd really like it to succeed, but don't see that happening as currently timed.

Hopefully Monday brings sun and fans to watch some great racing.

It was great weather when I was there in '09.

Raining bigtime in Tooele and it's almost noon. Not looking good for today.

Suppose to fade away by tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon.

It's 1:30 P.M. Mountain time and starting to break up.

Wind is blowing so pavement is dry.

Are AMA and WSBK using the same track configuration this year?

Thanks. I thought the times were suspiciously similar.

"Wind is blowing"... What an understatement that was. Quite a number of riders running off at Clubhouse where they had gusting tailwinds.

Be careful leaving the track after the races...hopefully they don't set up the motorcycle roadblocks this year.

Miller is a great track for spectating. Last time I was there, I sat down and realized Josh Hayes and his wife were sitting about 3' from me watching the WSBK qualifying...good times. The only down side is the weather. I've been to the WSBK races two there and it's been either cold, or rainy, or cold and rainy each time.

Jason DiSalvo leans his Daytona 675 through a corner during qualifying at Miller Motorsports Park yesterday.
