One of the things that drive me nuts about the new Camera Awesome app is how long it takes to load. I can't count the shots I've missed waiting on it's "awesomeness." Anyway, this pulls up next to me at a stoplight today, and before the app opens, it's gone.




Have a good idea it was a Merc, as the Home Depot I'd just left is right across the street from the local Mercedes dealership. German plates, small Yamaha DS on the back. Wish I could have taken some better pics. I thought of following, but it's a construction nightmare at that on ramp right now and I couldn't change lanes.

Um, that is an Auto-Union V-16. the eight visible exhaust pipes and interlocked rings on the nose are good indications. And the grille shape and engine placement.

She could only afford the 180 compressor, performance is adequate.

Edit: She preferred to rather add a beautifull two-tone (Black/Grey) interior and the full hog sound system.

The car I saw was either a W125 or W154, unfortunately I don't have access to the hard drive with all those Sebring and Indy F1 pictures on it.
