Zumo sending audio to only one ear?

I have a Schuberth C3 pro and a Zumo 660 that is up to date. First time trying the audio, and it seems it only comes out of one ear. Is there a setting to send this to both ears? Or is this just the way it is? I have not tried music with it yet, wanted it more for voice navigation.

Yet another Zumo "feature"
My 665 does it too. Reboot everything (bluetooth and Zumo) usually cures it.

I've found the bluetooth to be problematic. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Just for good measure it'll be working and just quit... very frustrating to have to pull over and screw with it to get it working again.

That's a general characteristic of Bluetooth.

I did try rebooting the zumo with no change. When you say restart the bluetooth, do you mean turn the bluetooth on and off on the zumo or restart the src? If restarting the src, how do I do that? at work with no manuals here.

Kinda sucky when you think how much these things cost. Expected it to just work and work well.

Turns out it was me that was causing the problem. The earphone position of the one was set further back then the other, so it was just no where near as loud. I noticed when I was playing music and took it out to see if maybe there was an actual physical connection problem. Once I moved it forward, it all came through loud and clear.

Thanks for the help and suggestions all.
