Bikepacking - A Successful Failure

Two of us headed into the wilderness, for some R & R. A few things got in our way, including 4 rides and 122 miles in 28 hours of bikecamping in West Bar, across from Crescent Bar, north of Vantage.

Hope you enjoy it.

It gets hot and dusty out there real quick. April and early may are good times to ride and camp out there. 16+ PSI is also useful to avoid flats (ask me how know). It is a fun ride, especially in the soft, loose stuff next to the old fields.

can also skip out on the ticks all over that side of the mountains. Looks like a lot of fun though!
