Ah, no thanks. Between the noise of the dehumidifier & all the traffic to the bar down there I hardly got any sleep. Guess I'll just have to bring my own tent this year.:

Hell, that ain't too far from here, is it? I'll admit to being tempted. Might even have the ST back together by then. That thing is kinda like a Guzzi

Someone mentioned to Guzzi Dan last year that the rally was looking more and more Beemerish every year.. Like he told me the first year I asked him about the rally, It's a party! As long as everyone's having fun, it's all that counts!!

Every year I do notice more and more variety in bikes, though.. Still some great Guzzis, but you'll see a lot of other makes and models.. And still the attendance remains 250-300 people. Great group!!

I once heard that BMWs are just Moto Guzzis with saggy tits.

Ya, he played at the Harley Celebration a few years back! I lived so close I could hear the concert when it started. When the crowd saw that it was Elton John they started leaving in Droves. So many VERY loud Harleys were passing by that I could not hear EJ anymore. He didn't go over very well with the Hard Core Harley riders.

El Guero is thinking about showing up on an St and you're riding in on a Helix; hell, maybe it will end up looking like a Honda rally.

Coopdaway is also Helixing...

This might become the National Helix Rally..

On the other hand, there's a new addition to my garage.

Not sure about the yellow one yet......been pondering the Hyosung just to keep that V-twin theme going. There really SHOULD be at least one Helix though.

I tease Paper mercilessly about riding a Helix (almost as much as he teases me about riding a Suzuki) but I gotta admit that there is something innately appealing to those scooters! Especially when one blows past me in traffic that is steady at 55mph!
