7/7 Saturday continued.

This day just kept giving.

Looking back through these photos is really fun!!

If I said to you "someone go back and get a shitload of dimes" would you know what I was talking about?
Evidently it didn't escape the riders up front, but my friend Bill??? Nothin.

Just south of Rawlins Wy. I realized that I was BEAT.... When the decision was being made about where we were staying, I demanded that we stop in the first campground available.... It was a KOA right up against I80 and an apartment complex. It didn't suck, uh, but... it want great niether.
Some angry fucker, in the middle of the night, decided that some woman, who we could clearly hear as well, had to come outside and something.BLAH BLAH>.. .. Then it changed to send "him" out here.... Maybe he was indiscriminate in what pleasured him at 0400 in the fucking morning.
H14 was up... unable to get back to sleep.
I heard rustling next to my tent where I thought Bill was. I really thought he was gonna teach the loud douchenozzle where to put his er.............. mouth.
I said "don't do it" to the night.
H14 didn't know why I said it, but thought I was dreaming or something.
Turns out that Bill had nothin to do with it, but the thought of getting up and putting an asshat in his place occurred to him.

H14 saying WTF JAX.... Good campsite.

There is a formula that should be pretty easy to follow. 1C/TT=NBJ
First campground in target town = non bitchy Jack.

Not that bad really... It had WIFI, outdoor kitchens, nice bathrooms, and we had pizza delivered to our site!!
Just had to put up with angry asses and crappy views, except that cute blonde bicyclist. She was a fine view. LOL

This just IN:

Jax not only busts cameras and motorcycles indiscriminately, he is careless with Mars Landers.
And in front of the locals.....OH the shame.

Thanks DC, I can't disagree. I'm just the button pusher.
I'm just now coming to the conclusion that this day 7/7 Saturday was the most incredible day.
I realized that I had the photos backwards in my folder. I took a mess of photos with my Cannon before it decided to be dysfunctional AGAIN>
So the following are images from just north of Kremmling Co. First thing AM on 7/7 Saturday.

No wonder why I was tired... heheheheeh What a great day of riding!!!

We stayed in a hotel in Kremmling because the weather was acting up again, it rained on us every day in Colorado. The front hadn't passed by the time we were on the trail again, so the light sux for the next few.

The Colorado River:

My bike was hooking up wonderfully in the wet soil and gravel. So.... it was game on for a little while.
Me and RenoB had a great go at this hill.

Reno:

Lonestar2112 and Bill:

We got to play in the mud for a bit but this is the section where I thought my Cannon was functioning but it wasn't. SO I'll take the liberty of using Kevin's photos and story for that part.

Next up Wonderful Wyoming:
I mean it this time

Jack, I'm loving all the pictures; they bring back good memories of my times through that part of the country. Like you, I was enchanted with the aspen tree groves.

Though this picture was worth showing again; fantastic!

Keep them coming Jax I can not wait to get out there myself. Last time I was out west I was in a bus full of cranky firefighters.

We are doomed! Jax picks camp sites and Kevin the short cuts.

Sounds similar, just that we were on bikes. This group was a mess o stinky/cranky men though. Evidently I am the most vocal as I reach my cranky potential.
Still sorry I didn't get to the brew fest.

We need Scott P to calm and encourage the manamals.
He stuck some logic in my ear one afternoon that I will not forget. (story to follow)

Sunrise at the KOA 07/08/12 Sunday:

Roads out of Rawlins

This was probably the most neglected piece of tarmac on the whole trip, lots of plants growing up through the cracks. These photos show none of it.

Then on to the dirt again:
This road worried me a bit, especially after Lakota's story. There was potential for there to be sand in the hollows and divots.
I relaxed after a while.

This place had me mesmerized.
