Need feedback on newest Akra map....

Hi, I have ordered a set of Akra's without thinking it too much. I did some research but wasn't able to find info on bikes that are using the latest Akra maps.... How's mpg? Any other noticable gains? Please specify if you're using the R or normal map...

Hi,
I'm on a 2011 990 R, and using a blackdog 2 into 1 with an akropovic with no baffle.
Standard map, and no issues. Occassional popping, but nothing else = no need for remap.

Thanks for the answer. I think there's a reason KTM suggests Akra mapping and voids warranty on bikes that don't follow this directive. About 6 years ago I had a 1200 Gsa blown to pieces possibly from riding it too lean (with an open Akra exhaust) for about 20k km....Your 2 in 1 might not be as bad as it's more restrictive than 2 open cans. In my case I need to know some mpg figures. I run a 16 front 42 back...anyone out there with new Akra mapping(heard they have been somewhat improved in terms of fuel efficiency)....

That's not bad at all! i expected much higher consumption....This is actually very similar to what I'm getting with my current regular R mapping....thanks a lot....
