Who was that guy?
So....... I'm driving up the 427 this morning and I passed an older BMW k bike and took notice of the old school black leathers the rider was wearing..... About a minute later he is riding right beside my driver door waving for me to roll my window down...... On the third attempt to hear what he was saying, he screamed "cheers to dr cool!!!!!!" pointing to the sticker on the back of my van..... Gave me one of the biggest smiles iv had thinking about Dave since his passing.....
 Anybody know who the rider might have been??

So I've been thinkin of Dave alot lately......not that he left my mind, but just more so lately.
For months i've been trying to figure this all out! How could this have happened? A very experienced, well rounded rider, always watching for what could happen...... Yesterday afternoon we were on our way into town when we came around a corner, (those who know our rd in from the highway can relate), and i thought i saw something...... 2 deer! side of the rd, didn't move till i was 50ft from them, one went one way and the other, another, goddammmit! Ran alongside my window momentarily, i was on the brakes, and then suddenly, while i was on the horn, it jumped across and passed my front bumper 3ft away! There was nothing i could do!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I suddenly realized i can't figure this out! I miss you Davey!

ride on Buddy
Yesterday for me was an unbelievable day of sadness! i could barely keep it together and when i saw you Mrs Cool i came apart. i apoligise for that. How could someone that i have only rode with half a dozen times have that affect on me? after reading the last 15 pages of posts i now understand. Dave had that effect on everybody he met. im so glad that i found out in time to see some of you yesterday and especially MrsCool. Ride on Buddy
