Sydney to Adelaide and back, which bike would you take?
Hey, new here im 22 and on my green P's and planning to go on my first adventure! Here's the Plan: pack light as possible, Sydney to Adelaide via broken hill then back home via melboure & saphire coast in 10 days. Going solo, camping mostly, might do 2 up for 20% - 30% with girlfriend. the issue I have is I have 2 bikes, a 82 cb400n rat bike or a 94 dr650.
It's going to be allot of highway. Is there a way to make the dr aceptible for highway 2 up? Will the cb be semi decent off road with on/off tyres? What would you choose? Why? |

DR. Just put something on the back for her to lean against and you'll be good to go.
Why? Because the DR is the ultimate do it all bike. Canoli

If you're going to do off road riding, the only option is the DR. As far as doing the lot 2-up, I hope you have either a really petite, or really tolerant girlfriend. Preferably both.
