first time with the 3 sisters
Back in the mid 80's. I drove third shift for a tire testing company out of San Angelo. We drove park avenues loaded down with sand bags. Four cars groups. We had a new route down thru Leakey & Sonora before returning to San Angelo. Nothing like learning FM337 in the middle of the night. The road was thrill but add dodging deer and illegals you have a real ride! Was not until a month or so in that I saw the road in the daylight. Yikes
Juno road off 277 is a fun road too.
