I run a TIC police solo seat as they are wider than the dual seat, and so more comfortable over long distances.

But another huge advantage is the extra room for SH1T on the back of the bike.

I've been able to source a new OEM pillon rack for the back seat area of my R80g/s. Does anyone know if the aftermarket solo seats from Siebenrock will fit on an OEM baggage rack or does it require the Siebenrock rack as well?

This might be just me ... but does this frame look bent? The steer tube? Might be the angle / lens ... Is it just me?

Nah. It's just the angle of the camera and a pretty poor quality photo i took with a cheap camera. Frame and steering head are fine.
