Aftermarket Spares for F800?

I just bought an 09 F800 GS and need to put some spares together for a trip.
I need Clutch cable, Clutch and brake levers. I would also like to take some rear brake pads.
The KLR Rider is coming out in me and I don't want to pay $70 for an OEM clutch lever.
Have you guys found anything in the aftermarket that will fill these needs at a much reduced price?

Thanks

I would advertise on this forum under "parts" -- there may be folks who've installed risers and replaced the cable and/or someone who's added aftermarket levers.

eeeeeebay - hundreds of levers. For emergency replacement - I would go for any of them.
I probably will get some nice variable length ones and make the OEM the replacement.

I like EBC brake pads, good value for the money.
