Okay I know its not an adventure bike but I'm planning to get a dual sport soon. This was my toy until I destroyed it in the rain on the freeway in KZN.

Had a 1981 CB750F before this one. The VFR400 is quick and fun, much quicker than a 650 single but can't go places an adv bike can. As soon as I'm home and settled I'll be breaking the bank again and buy me a new toy. It's my birthday 2 days after I get back....maybe I'll buy me a present :-)

oh I believe that - a 650 single is meant for tractor riding.. not racing. So! Tell me - does your birthday bring a certain ORANGE glow to it????

Hell man, I'd be STOKED if you went that route... DAYAM! And where again do you live? If its Natal, I am not interested cos I miss the place like the daisies and cant wait to tour my beloved birthland on a motorfiets.

Aprillia Tuareg 600 Wind.

Bought it as a roadbike, but stripped bits off and rebuilt to suit my tendencies of seeking dirt first.

Aprillia Tuareg..... Sleeping on the job. May 2005, Meopham, Kent, UK.

I do not fall off very often, but here, litteraly 100metres from the start, I dropped it, and another 20 metres on again..... I forgot how easy falling was. Did not fall the rest of the day though.

Current contents of garage.

The little Kawasaki KE100 was bought for £200 for my ex girlfriend who now is a best friend. She loves to ride, and I just finnished fixing it up for her yesterday afternoon.
Now needs a roadworthy, license disc, and some insurance, then she can start riding as well.

Last one, taken the other day......

Got bored, so went river riding. This is about 10km from where I live, though the river is actually just 5km from here..... good reason to have a small sailing boat.??
