Gang, I had to make a business run down south to Taos and Santa Fe and ran into a few of you headed to Silverton.

Bikes were loaded and there were smiles on faces.

Can't wait to see you all!!!

The San Juan's will offer phenomenal riding and the event will offer great food and socializing.

Please don't forget the town. There is great breakfast places and great bars.....and one will offer live music from ADVRider musicians!

I arrive on Thursday with the RMAR BBQ Trailer......ready to grill those amazing Rib-eye steaks on Saturday night......and don't forget the fajitas on Friday night.

See you all on Thursday!

I am an asshole too. I just smile and say " yes ma'am or sir" when I am being one!

Not my toe thankfully. A friends. Hit it riding up Engineers Pass.

John,
Unfortunately the Grand Imperial cancelled on the band recently, too many complaints from guests who didn't like being disrupted from live music shows. For those of you who are staying there, ask why there is no band! Their loss, since it would have been pretty big! I know they are playing in Durango Sat night, but it is a bummer for this year. I think i will just have to drink and hang out...overcome adversity!

Here.

Got in about 2pm with my son,.

Unloaded and took a little orienteering ride for him out to Animas Forks and back. He is stoked,, Thinking part of the Alpine loop in the morning.

and she will be here in Colorado tomorrow, then on down to Silverton...

Really? What sort of pissing contest do "you people" need to keep going?

Rick has/had stayed at my house also, ate my bacon, drank my beer, and gave my son lessons on splitting firewood. I never knew him well, but I thought he was a great guy. Do you really think he'd be as upset as all you folks are about using the word "rendezvous" to denote a gathering of like minded motorcycle riders? Really?
