I think it would be stale by then, if it even survived temptation. She might get hungry between here and there and "lose" it.

You are most likely correct, I doubt she could resist temptation and deliver it unto me un-nibbed

I'll reiterate I was born and raised in CO and I appreciate the effort you guys put into keeping the trails open. I just don't think you do it in an above board method... Now that is my opinion and my opinion only. Requiring minimum "donations" is a bit extreme in my opinion (and it would seems others also) but it is their choice and the rally organizers also.

The use of "Rendezvous" was not put into place until after Rick was killed, please offer me evidence of my ignorance in this and I'll never mention it again. Failing that, I will continue to protest the usage.

Again, I hope everyone at the rally has a wonderful time and many "required donations" are raised so trails can be saved for the "thousands" to enjoy.

Slander is so unbecoming.......

Just so everyone knows.....

RMAR is an American Motorcycle Association Group. (we were recently highlighted in the magazine)
This event is sanctioned and insured by the AMA
The RMAR Rendezvous has entered into a Letter of Agreement with the BLM
The RMAR Rendezvous is 100% accepted and promoted by the City of Silverton, County and Chamber
The RMAR Rendezvous is a partner of COHVCO and and the TPA
RMAR is a legally filed nonprofit in the state of Colorado

And.....we donate to keep trails open and advocate for motorized access. Last year, our revenues were $12,000. We gave over $8,000 to the TPA AND COHVCO and other local trail clubs.

"above board"...... ?????

We are totally above board and you are offensive to state otherwise.

I am done with this troll...... You guys can fight with him.....but probably best to ignore.

I really want to explore "fee" vs required "donation", what say you?

The required "donation" for this rally is what $60?

The Fee for Rick's Rendezvous was $95 this year.

What is the difference between "fee" and required "donation"? According to this thread there is no difference. If I wish to attend the RMAR I am forced to "donate" a minimum of $60. This "donation" to a NFP organization is not however tax deductible. Why?? I've read that is because the required paperwork was not filed. For shame board members, why did you not place enough importance on this rally to spend the time to file the proper paperwork?

You've accepted a position on the board of a major Colorado charity with implications that reach word wide as it is your charter to keep Colorado trails open to the public, not just CO riders, or am I incorrect? Is it your charter to only keep the trails open to indigenous riders

I'm betting that the proper books show an amazing profit based upon the reticence of the American people to govern themselves

Anyway, I hope y'all have a great time

Since you are "Not for profit" and above board. I invite you to open your books for all to see. Please do so in a public forum, so those that cannot travel can see them.

You neglected to touch on the use of "Rendezvous" until after Rick had passed. You said you had this proof, I beg of you where is that proof???

Want me to shut up, please provide that proof and your open books.

Edit: Slander is used improperly here. Need me to spell it out?
