The U.S. is only getting red, abs or not. I'm sure that will change if it is as big of a seller as I think it will be.

Reminds me of some agricultural engine from 1910. You know, the kind with the automatic intake valves.
Those were called Poppin' Jennys. A long departed friend of mine used to restore them. They would fire when ever they felt like it. Just often enough to keep them rotating. tomp

Yeah. With a big flywheel to keep 'em turning.

I work on a Horse Farm down Martha's Vineyard part of the year. They have aggie fairs that showcase some of those engines.

I think those are what locals call "hit and miss" engines. Lots of them still running around these parts. Big shows at the ag center and fairs for them.

His area guy did not tell him when the second go round was. My dealer is very disappointed. He has had much interest in this bike and you can't sell what you don't have,,,
Then he shouldn't have reduced his order to three.

The rear view profile is my favorite of the 1100. Of all the vids I've seen, the rear view of this CB gives me wood. What an incredibly beautiful motorcycle.
Thank you Honda. Now just get mine to me, NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah...Did some more research on aftermarket 4-4 exhaust on the cb1100, and I found out the "third" version of the Endurance pipes are actually made by a company called R'S Gear. Japanese made.

They are claiming some significant HP and Torque improvements, across all RPM's. HP goes from 77 (stock) to an even 90.

I think they are the best sounding of the 4-4 pipes, based on limited sound recordings via YouTube. I think they also look slightly better than the Endurance Hi-Power Fours:

They are also more (ooof!) expensive...
