No! I forgot and thought there was only Sammons down here but I saw it again today. Lunch tomorrow!

Glad you got it running. It's always a bitch to have a broken bike on the garage.

Work 14 hours at the steel mill coiler yesterday: check.

Work 12 hours today in a 135 degree reheat furnace: check.

Realise your brake light is stuck in the 'on' position and your bulb is crap: check.

Realise, while you're at it, that your headlamp is crap: check.

Seriously consider taking the 1150 GS instead of the Dakar: check.

Pick up spare headlamp on the way home and install in the Dakar: check.

Rip the tail light bulb out of the XR400 and install in the Dakar: check.

adjust brake switch so brake light works properly: check.

Mow the yard and clean up the basement: check

Pack and load bike: check.

inflate tires to highway pressure: check.

It's 10:30, I'm pure exhausted.

If you used any steel made in the U.S. today, buy me a beer when you see me, will ya?

I'm stoked!

Now all I have to work on is an ethanol poisoned:

Honda lawnmower
Echo backpack blower
Echo trimmer
Honda pressure washer

Plus a Stihl 460 that needs some TLC

I still have no idea where I'm going. Only know not to take a road that doesn't got through to the place and take the other road. ??

Both the gas stations in metropolitan Sulphur Springs are ethanol free. My weedeater starts on the first pull - much to my dismay. One of my rides this weekend involves going home to mow.

Ducky149 is driving his diesel powered family truckster and hauling my trailer and three bikes plus Fe Woman's Astrodome tent and various comfort and party items.
