Yeah, Laurel Falls is only a few miles away from that place on the Appalachian Trail. The bank is pretty steep so if it floods the banks we've got major damn issues.
Really pretty up through there though. This is going to be fun.

THURSDAY TUNE-UP RIDE
At Buffalo Mountain ATV Trail Scout ride report here. Not to early, let's leave at 10:00. We can stop in Erwin an top off with gas and get snacks. Bring plenty of water, lunch etc. There is nothing out there. Also bring $5.00 to feed the fee box. This is a 13 mile out an back trail so even I shouldn't get lost. More rides and standard ride rules here.
